The secret word to unfreeze the place is 'love' Go to the volcano and click on it to destroy the ice diamond. The quest is complete, but if you destroy it, there's more to come! If you choose the coins, then go to the Mummy in the basement. And as you guessed, the Panda coins one is Gold Pandas only.

Get the crowbar (It used to be in the giftshop but now it's in the Harbour.
Then go back to the Pirate Bar and talk to the Pirate. Get the Feather and the bandage from the tree.

Removed code and snippets shows the following characters were actually supposed to talk during the quest Hamelot's cut line was Greetings. It is not a normal quest that gives rewards and tasks to the pandas, and never actually starts or ends. Click on it and your in the Eerie Forest. Small Talk is a mini quest in Panfu, that simply gives the question mark signs around Panfu speech bubbles with information about features inside rooms. Note: Click on the telescope at the volcano and on the bottom left corner there should be a light. He'll say a whole load of things about Beardy being missing and how he was his 'only friend' (WHAT ABOUT US?)
